What I did
Audited Halo AI's product proposition, analysed user behaviour and journey gaps, and optimised its offerings with a phased growth plan.
- Audited the product proposition and optimised the offerings for SME customers.
- Analysed user behaviour and journey gaps to define product requirements for an AI-enabled proposition.
- Developed a phased product growth plan targeting 10% user-base expansion.
- Assessed AI tools, including Lovable and Claude Code, for integration into the wider product portfolio.
